A few years back, a girl friend and I went to a revolving sushi restaurant in Seattle. I tried taking pictures but the servers said photography was not allowed lest someone steal their ideas… so I deleted the photos.
About 2 years ago, a revolving sushi restaurant opened up nearby. I visited during lunch and found the sushi rice a little hard, but what do you expect, I suppose, when the sushi sits on a conveyer belt until someone takes pity and eats it?
Vincent and I went there the other night to see if it got any better. The rice was not as hard as I remember and the fish was pretty good. We tried about 10 dishes and left with very full bellies. My favorite was the tamago.
Unfortunately, that’s the only picture I saved from that night. Now I have to visit again!
