Dinner: Salmon and oranges

Tonight we made up a sauce with butter, oranges literally squeezed by hand into the pan, and a little oil. Grilled zuchinni to go with and a store bought jalapeno bread to dip in oil and vinegar.

The sauce has chunks of oranges thrown in after squeezing all the juice out. The orange is mixed with butter and a dash of extra virgin olive oil. Salmon with delicious and not too orangey sauce. Mostly it tasted like butter with a hint of citrus.

Topped off with a glass or two of Tilia cabernet sauvignon. I picked the wine because it had a pretty colored tree on the label and it turned out delicious. Not too strong, not too fruity. Cheers!

The finished product!
