Tonight we made up a sauce with butter, oranges literally squeezed by hand into the pan, and a little oil. Grilled zuchinni to go with and a store bought jalapeno bread to dip in oil and vinegar.
Topped off with a glass or two of Tilia cabernet sauvignon. I picked the wine because it had a pretty colored tree on the label and it turned out delicious. Not too strong, not too fruity. Cheers!
